DESCRIPTION:The tradition of applying Clary Sage Oil in perfume making process is not new. This essential oil is reckoned for its preservative value and its addition in any formulation contributes to distinctive warm smell.
CONSTITUENTS:This aromatic oil contains elements like linalool (maximum 25%), linalyl acetate (max 70%) and β-caryophyllene, myrcene.
AROMATIC SUMMARY / NOTE / STRENGTH OF AROMA:The medium note fragrance of this essential oil has gentle floral, fruity and earthy smell that resembles to the scent of herbal and nutty aroma.
BLENDS WITH:Clary Sage Oil easily mixes with other essential oils of chamomile roman, cedar wood atlas, bergamot, bay, tea tree, black pepper, mandarin, melissa, sandalwood, grapefruit, rose otto, lavender, geranium, cardamom, rose maroc, jasmine, lime, pine, coriander, patchouli, lemon verbena, juniper, cypress, petitgrain, labdanum and frankincense.
COMMON NAMES:This aromatic oil is also referred as Salvia sclarea oil.
USES:The offered Clary Sage Oil is an excellent remedy for constipation, acne, cramps, dysmenorrhoea, convulsions, amenorrhea, inflamed skin, boils, excess sweating, infection, high blood pressure, leucorrhoea, depression, muscular aches, migraine, flatulence, muscle pain, hypertension, throat infections, dyspepsia, nervous fatigue, oily hair and skin problems and so on. Antispasmodic attributes of this oil are effective in treating spasm of involuntary muscles to reduce migraine attack and headache.
